1/2 cup blanched almond flour
3 Tbsp Choc Zero sugar-free syrup
1/2 cup Choc Zero sugar-free chocolate chips, melted

1. Combine first three ingredients in a bowl until a crumbly dough forms. Press into parchment lined 8x4-inch pan (double recipe for 8x8)
2. Spread melted chocolate chips over top and chill in the fridge until firm.

Siiii el maravilloso Creme Brulee en versión keto, quedó de alto impacto !!! Exquisito de sabor, bello de presentación y lo mejor su textura aterciopelada 😋😋😋que pone a prueba todos los sentidos !!! Ingredientes :
500 g de crema (35% de grasa)
50 g de eritritol (endulzante)
1 cdta de vainilla
4 huevos 
Para decorar 1 cdta de eritritol por cada pocillo para quemar con el soplete !

Yo realice la receta en mi thermomix búsquenla como : Creme Brulee, pero la adapte a keto ☺️primero se calienta la crema con el endulzante 6min/70grados/vel1, luego agregamos vainilla y calentamos 6 min/100grados/vel1 después echamos la crema en una jarra y dejamos enfriar, lavamos el vaso y colocamos la mariposa, echamos los huecos y batimos 1 min/vel4, retiramos el cubilete y programamos vel3 mientras añadimos la crema q teníamos reservada, luego programar 8min/70grados/vel2 y después 8min/80g/vel2.
Retirar la mariposa y verter la mezcla en pocillos, llevar al refrigerador al menos 3 horas, al momento de servir espolvorear la cdta de endulzante y quemar la superficie con soplete !💚 Sin thermomix ! Recipe :
- 3/4 of cup of frozen berries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tsp of flax meal
- 2 tsp of almond butter (you can use peanut better too)
- 3/4 of cup of milk (I used oat milk but any type of milk will work)

Mix all your ingredients in your mixer. Add 2 ice cubes at the end. Enjoy !!! Recette :

- 1/3 banane
- 2 tsp de graines de lin moulues
- 2 tsp de beurre d’amandes (vous pouvez aussi utiliser du beurre de cacahuètes)

sugarfreerecipes 🧇Wafflelicious Sunday🧇 Although I love my original waffle recipe, today I decided to try something new. Out of the three I tested, this one performed the best. 
Avoiding high amounts of carbs, sugar and grains while obtaining a desirable texture is challenging with waffles and pancakes. A lot of the gf/keto/low carb versions use excessive amounts of dairy and eggs, and can lead to an eggy or soggy result.  I enjoyed the crispy light texture of these ones, and the fact that you can put all of the ingredients in a blender!

Crispy Low Carb Waffle Recipe⬇️
1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice 
2 large pastured eggs
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. almond flour (ground sunflower seeds for nut-free)
1 tbsp. coconut flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. Stevia Select Stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste*
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 
3 tbsp. butter, melted -add the first 2 wet ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Next, add the dry ingredients until blended. Finally, the butter.  After your waffle iron is preheated, grease with butter or coconut oil, and prepare as normal. Easy to freeze for later as well😉

🍌 3 bananas 🍌 1 apple 🍌 3 eggs 🍌 200g oat flour or 100g oat flour* + 100g buckwheat flour 🍌 1 tsp cinnamon 
Optional**: 🥜 50g nuts (here: hazelnuts) 🥜 50g raisins —
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨
🍌 Mash the bananas, grate the apple and put them in a bowl 🍌 Seperate the eggs, put the egg whites aside and mix the yolks into your banana-apple mixture 🍌 Then add the oat flour and the cinnamon as well as the raisins and the nuts. 🍌 In a seperate bowl add a pinch of salt to the three egg whites and beat them until stiff. 🍌 Add the stiff egg whites to your dough and fold then in - don‘t overmix!! 🍌 Put this mixture into the oven at 180*C / 360*F and bake it 45-60 minutes (depends on how weat your dough is -> e.g. influenced by size of apple & bananas). 🍌 Let it cool down before you cut it, then enjoy 🥰

With that said, the one thing I know that doesn’t need ANY improvements are these COLLAGEN COOKIE DOUGH HAZELNUT BITES and I can officially confirm that we are totally obsessed with them. They’re so satisfying and absolutely zero guilt especially if you make them the keto way. ⠀

ALL YOU NEED: one cup of tahini butter (or any nut butter of choice), 1/4 cup of cacao nibs, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, two tablespoons melted coconut oil, two tablespoons maple syrup (I love @choczero maple syrup for a no sugar / keto option), one scoop of collagen (I adore @copinaco which is a plant based collagen), chopped hazelnuts and one bar of low sugar dark chocolate (like @evolvedchocolate or @lilys_sweets). ⠀

ALL YOU DO: mix the tahini, coconut oil, vanilla, collagen powder, maple syrup + cacao nibs. Pour into lined baking tin and freeze for atleast two hours. For last few days I was trying to find a dessert which I can eat guilt free! These dates brownies are sugarfree and rich in nutrients! They may not be very less in calories, but they are healthy and a great pleasure to eat.

I have used @rawessentialsspices pitted dates, almonds and pistachios!!

Recipe to make 8brownies ( 200cal each )
Ingredients:
🍮 20pitted dates from @rawessentialsspices 🍮 2 eggs
🍮 3 tbsp dark chocolate chunks 🍮 1/2 cup ap flour
🍮 5tbsp butter
🍮2 tbsp cocoa powder 🍮 1tsp baking powder 🍮1/2 tsp salt
🍮 10-12 almonds and pistachios from @rawessentialsspices .
Steps:
1️⃣Soak the dates and almonds warm water for 10mins
2️⃣Blend to a paste
3️⃣Melt the butter and dark chocolate together 
4️⃣Add eggs one at a time
5️⃣Add the dates paste
6️⃣Sift the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder 
7️⃣Mix well and bake in a 350F preheated oven for 30mins.
8️⃣Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds!

Rezept

//für eine 20 cm Tortenform//
.
Für den Teig:
200 g Dinkelmehl 
100 g Xucker (Erythrit)
1 Pk Puddingpulver Vanille
 150 ml Hafermilch
90 ml Zitronensaft
60 ml Rapsöl
40 ml geschmolzene Butter
1 EL Backpulver 
1/2 TL Natron 
1 EL geriebene Zitronenschale 
1 Prise Salz

Für die Creme:
500 g Sojajoghurt Skyr Style (ungesüßt)
200 g veganen Quark (ungesüßt)
50 g Xucker (Erythrit)
30 ml Ahornsirup
500 g gefrorene Himbeeren
3 Pk Agar-Agar

Die Himbeeren auftauen lassen und den Saft auffangen. Für den Boden zuerst die trockenen Zutaten verrühren, dann die feuchten Zutaten dazugeben und kurz unterrühren. Den Teig in eine gefettete Backform geben und bei 175 grad Umluft für ca. 35 Minuten backen.
Danach gut auskühlen lassen und dann aus der Form lösen und in zwei Böden zerschneiden.
Die Himbeeren verrühren und mit dem Joghurt, Quark, Xucker und Ahornsirup verrühren. Den Himbeersaft mit der Agartine verrühren und 2 Minuten aufkochen. Dann das Gelee in die  Himbeermasse einrühren und anschließen zügig auf den Kuchen verteilen und Schichten.
Mit Himbeeren genieren und für mindestens 3 Stunden kalt stellen.

🔺 Lavamos y hacemos trocitos la fruta y la congelamos
🔺 Cuando esté congelada la trituramos añadiéndole canela

RECIPE: makes 4 bagels 🥯 
YOU WILL NEED:
🌱1 cup of wholemeal flour (plain flour works too!)
🌱1 mashed banana
🌱Enough yoghurt (I used Greek, others and vegan alternatives will work - it’s used as a binder!) that when combined with the banana it makes 1 cup of wet ingredients.
🌱1/2 tsp baking powder
🌱cinnamon, to taste (so loads in my case)
🌱egg, milk, or water to stick seeds down (I used almond milk)
🌱seeds (e.g coconut, pumpkin, poppy)

METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the wholemeal flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix, add yoghurt and mix well, until fully combined and you are left with a ball of sticky dough.

3.Sprinkle flour onto a kitchen surface, to avoid the dough sticking. Take the dough out of the bowl and put on the surface. Lightly flour your hands and the top of the dough

4. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes. Slice into 4 equally sized pieces.

5. Shape the dough into 4 long sausage shapes, and join the ends to make a circle, leaving a hole in the middle. Place on a lined baking tray. Brush the tops of each bagel with either milk, egg, or water and sprinkle the seeds on top.

6. Put the bagels in the oven for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Ya os dejé la receta hace tiempo pero os la vuelvo a poner porque me ha parecido buena opción de postre saludable en verano si se toma frío. ■ Tiempo de preparación 45minutos. ■ Necesitaréis 1Litro de leche vegetal (yo uso de soja o almendras tienen menos azúcar y grasa), 150g de arroz, corteza de 1/2 limón, canela en rama y en polvo, 4 cucharadas de eritritol.
■ Llevar a hervir la leche con el limón, rama de canela y eritritol. Retirar la corteza y rama y añadir el arroz removiendo durante 30minutos (yo lo muevo cada 5 minutos durante media hora). Retirar del fuego pasando ese tiempo y colocar en vasos de postre añadiendo canela por encima y a la nevera cuando se temple. Listo para comer frío.

Qué ¿Os animáis a tomarlo bien fresquito en verano? Sienta de maravilla. Recordad que aunque sea saludable pues no tiene azúcar, es arroz y hay que controlar las cantidades con moderación.

Blend:

120g mandlové mouky
100ml mléka 
1 prdopeč s vinným kamenem
3 PL sladidla (erythritol) 
Žloutky se sladidlem a teplým mlékem vyslehat do pěny, přidat vše ostatní, nakonec pomalu sníh. Péct 30 minut na 170°C

Recept krém:
2 šlehačky 33%
500g mascarpone 
150g rozehřáté 75+% čokolády
Maliny

Yapılışı;
Yarım muzu çattalla eziyoruz. 
Çikolatayı bir bıçakla minik minik kesiyoruz. Bunun yerine çok az damla çikolata kullanabilirsiniz.
Ezdiğimiz muzla çikolatayı karıştırıp bir kenara koyuyoruz.
Bir kasenin içine yulaf ununu, kakaoyu ve kabartma tozunu koyuyoruz ve malzemeler iç içe geçene kadar karıştırıyoruz.

Today it’s mother’s day in Sweden. Celebrate with these love donuts! 💕

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (1,3 dl) almond flour
1/4 cup (0,6 dl) coconut flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp xanthan gum or guar gum
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2,4 dl) water
(57g) butter 
3-4 tbsp erythritol
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Glace:
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup (2 dl) powdered erythritol
1 oz. (30 g) butter
A few drops red food coloring
2-3 tbsp milk (or as needed)
Topping:
Coconut flakes 
Grated sugar free chocolate (I use @cleaneating as always)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix dry ingredients for donuts in a bowl.
2. Add water, butter, sweetener in a sauce pan and heat. Remove when it simmers. Add dry ingredients and nix with a large spoon for 1-3 minutes until it loosens from the sides and form a ball. 
3. Put the dough back in the bowl and let cool before adding the eggs.
4. Mix in a lightly beeten egg one at the time with an electrical mixer. The dough should be a bit sticky.
5. Mix in the vanilla extract. 
6. Fill a plastic bag with dough and cut a hole in the bottom and spritz the dough into a donut pan. 
7. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 300F°/200C°. Then cover it in baking foil and bake for 5-8 minutes more. Take out and let cool. 
8. Glace: melt butter in a saucepan. Add sweetener, milk and coloring and whisk together.
10. Dip donuts in the glace before it gets too stiff and sprinkle on your toppings!

Every Sunday I make a batch of something for school snacks. Usually by Wednesday there's some suggestion that this snack is getting boring. So here's my solution.

sugarfreerecipes Its officially no cook cold salad lunch season! During my extended fast earlier this week I learned I dont like fasting for multiple days. My body did not want to let go of any weight (stubborn) and it made me a grumpy bitc*! So lesson learned that my happy place is with IF and 1-2 meals per day. I just need to keep sweets and snacks to a minimum and keto basics will always be what makes my body happiest!

Me moria por hacer esta receta, y pues como todo es ensayo y error. Les dejo la receta y mis recomendaciones al final 👩🏻‍🍳

Quiero aclarar que los postres que posteo son opciones que yo hago para evitar el azúcar blanca refinada, sin embargo en ocasiones lo que usamos para endulzar muchas veces sigue siendo azúcar, como por ejemplo el Dátil es alto en carbohidratos y azucares naturales. Pero en resumen me gusta hacer comida real.

INGREDIENTES:
♦️120 gr de Datiles sin hueso (23/25 unidades)
♦️2 cda de harina de avena.
♦️1/2 taza de maní/ cacahuete a tu gusto)
♦️ 2 cda de mantequilla de maní / cacahuete (sin azucar)
♦️1 cdita de escencia de vainilla ♦️1/2 cdita de canela
♦️90 gr de chocolate para fundir 75% cacao (o mas oscuro) .

Paso a paso 👇🏻
⠀ 
1. Hervir los datiles por 15/20min. Que el agua solo los cubra.
2. Separar los datiles del agua y reservar el agua para despues.
3. Procesar los datiles con la mantequilla de maní/ cacahuete.
4. Apartar la mitad de la mezcla, y la otra mitad la unes con ayuda de tus manos con la harina de avena hasta formar una masa.
5. Procesar la mitad de la mezcla que te quedo con tres cucharadas del agua de los dátiles, la canela y vainilla. Esto es lo que llamaremos “caramelo”
6. Extender la masa en forma rectangular y agregar el caramelo encima de la masa y al final distribuir el mani /cacahuete.
7. Congelar por 3/4 hrs.
8. Fundir el chocolate.
9. Cortar en rectángulos y cubrir con el chocolate, mientras los cubras el chocolate se va endureciendo por el frío de las barras. 
Y a disfrutar 😋

Mis recomendaciones:
-Los datiles suelen endulzar demasiado asi que puedes ir probando la masa para saber si es conveniente agregarle al caramelo el agua de los datiles sino, usa agua filtrada para el caramelo.
- A mi me quedo un poco gruesa la masa, no te dejes engañar por querer que las barras queden altas, despues los arreglé.
- No encontre chocolate 80% cacao para fundir asi que use uno 60%
- Preferiblemente maní/ cacahuete pelado y salado ( yo no encontre pelado).

Esta receta me encanto, aparte de que se necesitan pocos ingredientes y es fácil de hacer. Sin azúcar blanca refinada pero con harina de trigo integral y panela 😅 para que las calorías sean menos.

Aqui les digo como hacerla 👇🏻
⠀ 
Ingredientes:
♦️ 250ml de Yogurt griego o de soja SIN AZUCAR.
♦️280gr de harina de trigo integral
♦️Panela a tu gusto
♦️Canela a tu gusto
♦️Aceite de coco para barnizar o mantequilla.
Para el Glaseado:
♦️1cda de Queso Crema
♦️1cda de Yogurt
♦️Edulcorante de tu preferencia.

La cantidad del glaseado lo puedes hacer a tu gusto dependiendo de los rollos que te salgan o de como te gusten comerlos.

Paso a Paso 👇🏻
1. Pon a calentar el horno. 
2. Mezcla el yogurt con la harina hasta que se haga una masa.
3. Extiende en una superficie con harina rociada y extiende con un rodillo. Trata de ir buscando una forma cuadrada o rectangular.
4. Barniza con aceite de coco la masa extendida y agrega la canela y panela.
5. Enrolla con cuidado y corta los pedazos según tu preferencia, yo los hice de 2 dedos de grosor. 
6. Barniza con aceite de coco o mantequilla el molde que vayas a usar y coloca los rollitos.
7. Llévalos al horno a 180oC por 30 o 35min.

Glaseado👇🏻
Revuelve el queso crema, el yogur y el edulcorante hasta hacer una mezcla homogenea y agrega encima de tus rollitos 🤤
⠀
TIP: Asegúrate de rellenarlos con bastante panela y canela, y al molde aparte del aceite de coco le puedes rociar un poco de panela para dorar y endulzar mas. 
A mi me ENCANTARON para los desayunos y meriendas estan deliciosos.

sugarfreerecipes SUGAR FREE CAKE 👇🏻 .

Ingredientes:
♦️1 banaba ♦️12 gr de Aceite de Oliva
♦️15 gr Miel Cruda
♦️50 ml Agua
♦️1 cda de Canela
♦️1 Huevo
♦️Pizca Sal
♦️110 grHarina de Avena
♦️50 gr Dátiles sin hueso
♦️2 Claras de huevo
♦️8 gr Coco Rallado
♦️1 cdita de Cacao en polvo
♦️7 gr levadura (polvo de hornear)
♦️Para decorar: coco rallado, nueces y almendras.

Paso a Paso:
1. Calentamos el agua con la miel y los dátiles en trocitos, mezclamos todo muy bien.
2. Añadimos el plátano a trozos y lo trituramos todo, hasta conseguir una pasta dulce y homogénea.
3. En otro bowl añadimos el huevo, las claras y el aceite y los mezclamos.
4. Cuando ya está homogéneo le añadimos la harina de avena (puedes elegir otras, como de almendra, trigo integral, coco) la canela, el coco rallado, el cacao, trozos de almendras y nueces (si deseas, yo le puse) y la levadura. Batimos todo bien hasta conseguir una masa.
5. Añadimos el puré de plátano y dátiles. Mezclamos y repartimos en el molde previamente engrasado.

Ingredientes: ♦️1 banaba ♦️12 gr de Aceite de Oliva ♦️15 gr Miel Cruda ♦️50 ml Agua ♦️1 cda de Canela ♦️1 Huevo ♦️Pizca Sal ♦️110 grHarina de Avena ♦️50 gr Dátiles sin hueso ♦️2 Claras de huevo ♦️8 gr Coco Rallado ♦️1 cdita de Cacao en polvo ♦️7 gr levadura (polvo de hornear) ♦️Para decorar: coco rallado, nueces y almendras. Paso a Paso: 1. Calentamos el agua con la miel y los dátiles en trocitos, mezclamos todo muy bien. 2. Añadimos el plátano a trozos y lo trituramos todo, hasta conseguir una pasta dulce y homogénea. 3. En otro bowl añadimos el huevo, las claras y el aceite y los mezclamos. 4. Cuando ya está homogéneo le añadimos la harina de avena (puedes elegir otras, como de almendra, trigo integral, coco) la canela, el coco rallado, el cacao, trozos de almendras y nueces (si deseas, yo le puse) y la levadura. Batimos todo bien hasta conseguir una masa. 5. Añadimos el puré de plátano y dátiles. Mezclamos y repartimos en el molde previamente engrasado. 6. Añadimos el topping deseado.
