У меня здесь для теста:

яйцо 1шт
сахар 2ст.л
соль 1/2 ч.л
разрыхлитель 1ч.л
масло растительное 2 ст.л
ванилин пакетик
молоко 250мл
мука 250г

поэтапно: яйцо - сахар, соль, ванилин - молоко - масло растительное - мука - разрыхлитель.

все это в темпе взбиваем хорошо миксером.

задержек между добавлением продуктов, после разрыхлителя - не создаем.

смазывала сметанным кремом.

и в холодильник на минут 40 минимум обязательно,

иначе панкейки будут жить каждый по отдельности😂

Since I have never had #goanfood I had to find out about it's #vegetarian dishes, and that's when I came across this cabbage bhaji, also called as cabbage foogath, which is a delicious combination of cabbage and coconut. 
If you are from South India you would relate this to the cabbage- coconut subzi. But I felt that this is not as mild as the South Indian version, due to it's tempering, which involves onions and garlic.

simplefoods I have a confession to make 😳. The truth is, I haven’t been very good at sharing the figs as the season ends as I like them more than Paul I reckon, we’ll that’s been my theory anyway 😉 😂. So I’ve been known of late to have a wee stash tucked away 🤭. However I did feel rather guilty today so there’s a big batch of apple and fig crumble in the fridge for him and I’ve set up a bowl of it for his dessert. 😋. It’s just a basic oat  crumble recipe but pimped up with activated buckwheat, 100% cacao nibs, hemp seeds, brazil nuts and of course the sugar is swapped out for raw honey.  I’m sure it’ll make up for hiding them, what do you reckon? ~2 cup Whole Wheat Flour(Atta), 1/2 cup Sooji, 3/4 cup Urad daal,3 tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 green chilli chopped,2 tbsp Ginger(Adrak) chopped, 1.5 tbsp Red Chilli powder(Laal mirch powder), 2.5 tbsp Saunf powder,1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder, 2.5 tbsp Dhaniya Powder, 1/2 tspHing powder, Fresh Hara dhaniya finely chopped (optional), Enough Cooking Oil to deep fry~

(1) Wash and soak urad daal in enough water for 5 hours. Drain, wash and grind into a paste with green chilies and ginger and approx 1/2 cup water

(2)Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji, 2 tbsp oil and all the spices.Mix well,now add the daal paste,and chopped dhaniya and mix and then add little water (if needed)make a medium stiff dough

(3)Cover and rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls from the dough and roll to make medium thick pooris

(4)Heat oil in a pan and deep fry from both sides on medium flame,till nicely golden in colour

pickling stuff is ridiculously easy. I always have some extra cukes laying around. I buy them primarily for my morning smoothies and always buy extra for salads and snacking. this week I made some pickles! pickles are another thing that I really don’t have to buy from the store. with a lot of things I think “why buy it when I can make it?” - especially now that we’re in quarantine. the homemade ones are just as easy and delicious as the store-bought ones. not to mention cost effective! and the store-bought ones can have ingredients you don’t need like high fructose corn syrup. these pickles have all real ingredients. when pickling onions and cukes, I like to play around with the vinegars and herbs I use. which turns it into a fun and creative process. 
ingredients: 
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
1/4 cup white vinegar 
1/2 cup water 
2 cloves of garlic 
pinch red pepper flakes 
1/4 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp coconut sugar 
1/4 black pepper (better if you have whole peppercorns) 
sprigs of dill 
steps:
heat the vinegar and water on medium. add the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, coconut sugar, and black pepper to the liquid. stir occasionally. cook until sugar and salt are translucent and the mixture comes to a light boil. let it cool. slice the cucumber and pack it into a glass jar with the sprigs of dill. once the vinegar and water mixture had cooled to warm, pour over the cucumbers and dill in the jar. then store in the fridge. they will be ready to eat in a day!

- 5 siung bawang merah, iris
- 4 siung bawang putih, iris
- 7 buah cabe keriting, haluskan (sesuai selera)
- 4 buah tomat (haluskan)
- 3 cm jahe geprek
- 1 ruas lengkuas, geprek
- 1 sereh besar, geprek
- 2 lbr daun salam
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 3 sdm saus tomat - 1 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdt kecap asin
- 1 sdt kecap ikan
- merica secukupnya
- garam secukupnya
- 1/2 sdt gulpas
- sedikit penyedap jamur
- 100 mlm air matang .
▪️Bumbu dihaluskan untuk ungkep ikan :
- 5 siung bwg merah - 4 siung bwg putih
- 1 sdt ketumbar sangrai
- 3 cm kunyit tua - 2 cm jahe
- 5 cm lengkuas
- sereh, geprek
- 2 lbr daun salam, 3 lbr daun jeruk .
.
▪️Cara :
- Cuci kembali ikan yang telah diberi air jeruk dan garam lalu lumuri dengan bumbu ungkep, lalu diungkep dengan api kecil sekali sampai bumbu mengering dan meresap. Sisihkan.
- panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bamer, baput sampai wangi dan layu, masukkan cabe merah, lengkuas, jahe, daun salam, daun jeruk dan sereh, aduk hingga wangi lalu masukkan tomat, aduk dan biarkan bbrp saat, lalu masukkan sisa bumbu dan air matang, test rasa. - terakhir masukkan ikan yang sudah diungkep. Spinach is a superfood packed with vitamins and nutrients, and this dish is quick, easy, only six simple ingredients and can be done in 10 minutes.  I'll also show you how to incorporate one ingredient from Mother Nature that really enhances the flavor, so make sure you catch that. ⁣

The humble Dal Chawal for many of us is the ultimate comfort food.It is hard to come across food that is more simpler or more satiating than Dal Chawal.
It's basically plain yellow Dal served with fresh fluffy steamed rice.....a dollop of pure ghee  makes it taste like heaven.😇😇😇😇
It is the food you have when you want to feel like home😍
Or when you need to fix and detox that gluttony tummy of yours😝😜😜
Or even when guests turn up unexpectedly.🤔🤔🤔
When paired with pickle....papad.....any curd preparation......some salad....potato sabzi and it becomes a hearty meal in itself...the ordinary..... goes extraordinary.
It is usually a Sunday lunch after a heavy breakfast in our family.
I share with you this simple recipe from my kitchen......
Ingredients: serves 4
1 katori tuvar/arhar Dal.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp hing powder.
1/2 tsp jeera
Pinch of red chilli powder
Ghee/oil
Salt to taste
Tomatoes (optional)
Method:
Rinse and soak Dal for 15-20 Mins (soaking ensures Dal will cook quicker and smoother). Add salt,turmeric and tomatoes and place pressure cooker on high flame. When the Dal starts to boil remove the foam on top with a spoon and put the lid on. Once the full pressure comes reduce the flame and leave for 5 minutes (more depending on how long it's been soaked) turn off the flame and let the pressure subside. Open the lid and mix the Dal well. Now in a different pan take oil/ghee add jeera ,hing when it starts crackling turn off the flame and add red chilli powder. Pour this tadka into the Dal and mix well.
Take a portion of rice make a depression pour some Dal..spoon some ghee over it and you are home where ever in the world you are.😍😍😍

I haven’t posted food in a while so here you go 🥳 these crabcakes take like 25 minutes to make & are eazzzy-peazzzy! Let me know if you try them :-) Recipe ✨

Ingredients - 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 1 can palm of hearts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup red onion - 2 tsp paprika - 1 tsp black pepper - 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sea kelp
- 2 tsp dill
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard - 3 tbs mayo
- 1 1/2 bread crumbs 
Method
1. Drain all cans and add chickpeas, artichokes, palms, red onion + garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely mixed. 
2. Transfer food processor mixture to a bowl and add all spices, mustard, mayo and breadcrumbs. mix all together.
3. Preheat nonstick pan with oil. Wet your hands and form little round cakes and coat each side with bread crumbs. Cook each side for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
