Espreita aqui a receita, só precisas de:
2 Ovos
100 ml de claras de ovo
100g aveia
50ml de bebida vegetal
6 quadrados de chocolate preto para topping

Depois:
Pré-aquece o forno a 180ºC

Num recipiente, mistura todos os ingredientes até obter uma massa uniforme e sem grumos.

Numa forma de donuts adequada para o forno, verte a misturar e leva ao forno por cerca de 10 - 15 minutos ou faz o teste do palito.

Derrete chocolate em banho maria e assim que os donuts estiverem prontos, molha a parte de cima de cada um no chocolate derretido.

healthierversion This is the face I make when I was wrong and I don’t want to admit it.
I didn’t want to work out tonight. I made 100 excuses. I also made excuses last night and skipped it. But I kept feeling a push to just suck it up & do it. So what if it’s already 11pm? So what you’ll get all sweaty & have to take a shower when I just wanted to be lazy? STOP being lazy & just do it already!
Someone posted a thing earlier about how working out isn’t a chore, it’s a privilege to be healthy and able to be active. That hit me hard today. Being active with my kids was one of my main reasons for wanting to lose weight & get healthier. My uncle has terminal cancer, my grandmother just had to move out of her house & into an apartment where she’ll have more help available, someone else posted a photo of a terminally ill gentleman whose last wish was to “feel the warmth of the sun just one last time” so the ICU team took him outside along with all his machines.... the list of examples goes on and on.
I won’t always be able to do the things I’m able to do now. I need to take advantage of it and make the most of it. Quit being a lazy POS and just DO IT.
So I did it. And I’m glad I did, because I feel good after finishing. It was short (30 minutes) but it was enough to get me sweating and a little sore (well, the jelly feeling.... it will be soreness in about 36 hours lol). It’s better than nothing. I don’t want to admit that I was wrong (“ugh I don’t have the energy”) and the stupid voice in my head was right (“you’ll be glad you did it”).
But here I am.
Tomorrow is leg day.

•1/2 teaspoon Baking soda •1/2 teaspoon Salt
•3/8 Cup Sugar
•3/8 Cup Brown Sugar

•1 teaspoonVanilla
•2 Eggs
•1 Cup Chocolate chips (semi sweet/ dark)
➡Combine flour,protein,baking soda&salt in small bowl. Mix brown sugar,sugar, coconut oil vanilla then add eggs and keep mixing. Gradually add dry ingredients. Pour in a pan and cook at 350 for 15-20 mins! 〰

But this here is a delicious pasta free option that’ll satisfy the craving, and though filling, will sit lighter without the sluggish feeling post pasta. I used Italian seasoned turkey, pasta sauce, cottage cheese and a little grated Parmesan cheese. healthierversion Eid Mubarak ❤️ We celebrated our Eid with this delicious matka kulfi❤️ No sugar, no cream, no condensed milk, you’ll love this healthier version of matka kulfi for sure.

Ingredients:
-2 tsp (wheat flour/ rice flour)
- 500ml + 1/2cup (Full fat milk)
-Jaggery powder (5-6tsp / as per your taste)
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamon powder
- Dry fruits (as per your choice) I added almonds and cashews

Method:
1. In a saucepan, heat ghee and roast the flour till it gets brownish in color. Keep it aside to cool.
2.In a bowl mix the flour and 1/2 cup so that there are no lumps.
3.Heat the milk to boil in the same saucepan. After it gets a boil, reduce the flame.
4. Strain the flour mixture in the milk on flame.(straining is important to avoid lumps)
5. Continuously stir the milk on low flame till it starts boiling again.
5. Add jaggery powder and stir well.
6. Add Cardamon powder and boil for 5-6 mins more. Turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.
7. Churn the milk in a blender/mixer. (2-3mins continuously, it will form air bubbles) 
8.Refrigerate it for 1.5-2 hours. Churn it again in a blender. Add roasted dry fruits(chopped), mix well
9. Put it into kulfi moulds, refrigerate for minimum 8 hours.

They are actually a well-known Dutch treat that we also know in Belgium, called #poffertjes. The mini pancakes are traditionally served with icing sugar and a cube of butter that melts on top 😍.
Of course for baking you can easily replace real butter with a vegan alternative, but to eat it in its pure form it’s not that yummy (I just discovered 😅). So after taking this picture (the latter) and tasting it I took off the vegan butter and replaced it with liquid tahini and OMG such a good combination 😍.
For the mini pancakes I used the easy and healthy recipe by @charlotttequeen (thanks @hetwaslisa for sharing 😀). You can also use a standard pancake/crêpe batter, but the difference is that these mini pancakes have to rise, so you’ll have to use baking powder or self-raising flour in order for them to puff a bit (hence the Dutch name). The mini pancakes are meant to be fluffy and a bit round, not flat like a normal pancake.

healthierversion Hey Friends. It’s been a minute.
I have found myself resisting social media lately- anyone else?

For weeks, I couldn’t quite figure out where my sudden disdain was coming from, but after awhile, the answer arrived.
With all that is going on right now, I’ve simply craved being PRESENT.

I realized when I am constantly thinking about posting while I’m working out or cooking or baking, I’m not in the moment. That stifles my creativity and it affects my focus. I really don’t like that. I have also found that I am almost busier in some ways lately. There is so much to learn and to do, that social media just hasn’t had the same pull. I have jumped on here and there to see what friends are up to, but my screen time is definitely taking a nosedive.

That all said, today I felt inspired to share these feelings and to share a recipe I found when scrolling back through some photos.

So, here I am, and I guess I’ll just take this social media thing the same way we’ve all been forced to take everything- one day at at time.

It’s raining today, and I wish I had everything on hand to make this again because it was the ultimate in comfort. I got inspired by @smittenkitchen when I was reading her first cookbook like a novel. (Who else does this? I know I’m very much not alone). I made a healthier version by cutting the beef in half and upping the veggies- including mushrooms as well. Because of this, I also cut back on the egg and breadcrumb amount, and omitted the milk. Her glaze, though? I followed that to a T, and it is perfection.

I propped those bad boys right on top of some buttermilk sweet potato mash and we absolutely swooned.

Hey Friends. It’s been a minute. I have found myself resisting social media lately- anyone else? For weeks, I couldn’t quite figure out where my sudden disdain was coming from, but after awhile, the answer arrived. With all that is going on right now, I’ve simply craved being PRESENT. I realized when I am constantly thinking about posting while I’m working out or cooking or baking, I’m not in the moment. That stifles my creativity and it affects my focus. I really don’t like that. I have also found that I am almost busier in some ways lately. There is so much to learn and to do, that social media just hasn’t had the same pull. I have jumped on here and there to see what friends are up to, but my screen time is definitely taking a nosedive. That all said, today I felt inspired to share these feelings and to share a recipe I found when scrolling back through some photos. So, here I am, and I guess I’ll just take this social media thing the same way we’ve all been forced to take everything- one day at at time. It’s raining today, and I wish I had everything on hand to make this again because it was the ultimate in comfort. I got inspired by @smittenkitchen when I was reading her first cookbook like a novel. (Who else does this? I know I’m very much not alone). I made a healthier version by cutting the beef in half and upping the veggies- including mushrooms as well. Because of this, I also cut back on the egg and breadcrumb amount, and omitted the milk. Her glaze, though? I followed that to a T, and it is perfection. They contain a high amount of calcium and are often compared to Medjool dates, as well. healthierversion BANANA + BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 🤗 with a great healthy *twist* I’ve already eaten three and could possibly eat all of them by the end of the day 😬 save this one!⠀

• 1 very ripe banana⠀
• 1/3 cup honey⠀
• 1 cup (8oz) whole plain Greek yogurt⠀
• 1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)⠀
• 1 egg⠀
• 3/4 cup flour⠀
• 1 cup rolled oats⠀
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon⠀
• 1/4 tsp salt⠀
• 2 tsp baking powder⠀
• 1 cup blueberries!⠀
⠀
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin pan⠀
2. Mix all wet ingredients together (banana-egg) in a standing mixer or by hand. ⠀
3. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients (flour-baking powder). Then add this slowly into the wet mixture. Lastly add blueberries. ⠀
4. Fill muffin pan, makes 12! Bake for 15-18 mins until you can smell them through your whole house and they turn golden brown. ⠀

healthierversion My little one loves to eat Gummies! However, those little candies are full of SUGAR with other ingredients im not even sure of and so he ends up being super hyper. Yayks! 😳 
so i tried making our own sugar free gummies!! After several attempts i finally got the consistency and texture that i like. I want to share the recipe to all the mammas out there. Its easy and super fun to make and for sure your kiddos will love.

Sugar Free Gummies

Ingredients:
3 packets of unsweetened gelatin
1/2 packet of sugar free Jell-o ( i use the simply delish brand, strawberry flavor)
1/3 cup of water
Silicon Gummy mold ( i got mine from amazon but you can use regular containers and just slice into small pieces)

1. Heat water in the stove but do not bring to boil.
2. Mix the gelatin and the sugar free jello until it’s dissolved.
3. Pour into your mold.
4. Refrigerate for atleast 4 hours or overnight. 
Now you don’t have to worry about giving your kids too much sugar. 
Ps- my husband loves it too :) You’re welcome and enjoy 😉 .

This is where things start to get even more fun!! ! The exact ingredients from the recipe I posted yesterday can be made into a different form! This makes it so easy if you track calories & macros, or just like not having to have so many ingredients in your pantry and using what you already have in a different way! .
Today’s breakfast:
Chocolate PB banana protein waffles 🥜🍫🧇🍌

(Same ingredients as yesterday’s oatmeal minus 1/2 cup water and adds 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, see below)
.
1/2 cup Old fashioned oatmeal 
1 scoop chocolate powdered MuscleEgg (you could also use regular egg whites or protein powder)
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons powdered peanutbutter 
2 teaspoons Cacao Nibs Alovitox 
1/2 cup water 
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Coconut oil non stick spray (could use any nonstick spray)

Add 1/2 cup water, oats, banana, baking powder and protein of choice into blender. Blend until completely mixed together and  moderately smooth texture. Fold in cacao nibs to mixture, do not put them into blender. This makes them little chocolate pieces of heaven throughout your waffle vs being ground up and dispersed finely. Pre heat waffle maker and use nonstick spray if necessary. I usually do a quick 3 second spray of coconut oil non stick spray. (If you track cals & macros don’t forget to count even sprays!!) Add batter with cocoa nibs into waffle maker and cook until waffle has a nice golden brown, usually about 5 mins or so depending on waffle iron and temp setting. Watch and adjust accordingly. Mix peanut butter powder with water until desired dipable or drizzleable texture. Option: eat as is and drizzle PB on top or cut waffle into smaller dipable sections (depends on size of your waffle iron, as shown) 
Dip or drizzle and enjoy! Bon appetit! 💋👌🏼 .
Best part, this is something you can make ahead and take on the go and eat cold or heat in a toaster or microwave easily if you live that busy on the go life! .

I have found over the years I tell people “I’m really not into cooking and baking”, however I have found thats not entirely true. I do like cooking and baking if I can be creative finding healthier alternatives to traditional recipes and foods, and ways to simplify the process. This experimentation leads to some serious successes and many fails! Hahaha! 🤤😂 Well according to my palate any way, to each their own. .

Today’s oatmeal:
Chocolate PB banana Proats (Protein-oats)

1/2 cup Old fashioned oatmeal 
1 scoop chocolate powdered @muscleegg (you could also use regular egg whites or protein powder)
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons powdered peanutbutter 
2 teaspoons Cacao Nibs @alovitox 
1+ cup water or a bit more depending on preference .

Add 1+ cup water, oats and protein of choice in saucepan. Stirring on medium heat consistently to avoid sticking and clumping of protein until oats are soft or moisture level is to your liking. If you like runnier oats add more water, I prefer less runny so slightly over 1 cup works perfect for my tastes. Mix powdered peanut butter with water until drizzleable consistency. Slice banana over top of proats, drizzle peanut butter, top with cacao nibs and you are ready to devour!!! Bon appetit! 💋👌🏼
