Я прям настоятельно рекомендую его попробовать, если вдруг по какой-то причине этого не произошло раньше! Он до смешного прост в приготовлении, очень фотогеничный и, конечно, безумно вкусный. А еще начинка может быть любой на ваше усмотрение🤗
В общем, все, что нужно фуд-фотографу для счастья😜 ⠀

Ингредиенты:
▫️50 гр. овсяных хлопьев
▫️50 гр. пшеничной муки
▫️50 гр. холодного сливочного масла
▫️30 гр. грецких орехов
▫️подсластитель по вкусу (у меня было 25 гр. кокосового сахара)
▫️около 150 гр. любых фруктов или ягод (мой фаворит - вишня🍒)
*на 2-3 порции

В смесь из овсянки, муки, мелко порубленных орехов и сахара добавляем нарезанное кубиками масло, быстро разминаем руками до образования крошки. Посыпаем ею фрукты/ягоды, выложенные в форму, или же выпекаем самостоятельно в предварительно разогретой до 190 градусов духовке примерно 20 минут до золотистого цвета.
Подаем сразу с холодным густым йогуртом или шариком сливочного мороженого🤤 ⠀

Подача, кстати, тоже может быть разной, например, в порционных стаканчиках.
Крамбл я приготовила отдельно, добавила несколько ложек йогурта, свежие нектарины и немного корицы🙌🏻

Чем ещё можно обыграть кадр?

Такой вопрос меня посещал все чаще по мере роста в фотографии.
⠀
Сначала ты покупаешь фоны и пару тарелок. Потом реквизит начинает дополняться: тряпочки, молочники, миски, вилки/ложки, кружки, блюдца и т.д.
⠀
Вроде уже побольше всего стало, но чего-то не хватает 🤔
⠀
И я поняла, что не хватает второстепенного и мелкого реквизита!
⠀
Особо богаты такими вещами флэтлэйщики, поэтому я пошла изучать.
⠀
Бечевка и катушка, бирки, штампы, стикеры, деревянные буквы, свечи, газеты, журналы, мини-фигурки. Там стоооолько всего 😱
⠀
Потом я ещё внимательнее излучила фудиков, и список пополнился:

Множество специй, разнообразная мелкая тара для специй и соусов, ножницы, шоколадная крошка, сахарная пудра, дробленые бобы какао и какао-порошок, кофейные зёрна, искусственные цветы и ветки, трубочки для напитков, флажки для выпечки, шпажки...

Фух, даже писать это все долго.
⠀
Часто такие элементы «декора кадра» очень пригождаться в работе. Иногда бывает нужно то, что ты даже не мог предвидеть.
⠀
Мне на одну съемку для бренда понадобилась детская бутафория!!! Хорошо, что я в душе ещё ребёнок, и у меня есть куча мелких фигурок, типа как из киндера😂
⠀
Да и для творческих съёмок второстепенный реквизит тоже очень полезен. С его помощью можно ещё детальнее передавать атмосферу и настроение кадра.

И вообще, отношение к деталям очень хорошо определяет человека👌🏻

На мой взгляд, конечно😌 Потому что понимание как минимализма, так и его выразительности может очень сильно разниться. Да и подход “ни убавить, ни прибавить” уж слишком субъективен, чтобы поддаваться какой-то логике.

Итак, сначала был гладкий серый фон и всего два листика шалфея.
Задумка была поработать с негативным пространством, про которое я уже писала по тэгу #bbul_aboutphoto Отличный прием при грамотном подходе и также прекрасно работает в паре с минимализмом, сосредотачивает внимание на объекте, при этом не зажимая его границами кадра. То есть мы бы смотрели на шалфей в любом случае, больше не на что, но есть существенная разница в восприятии фотографии в целом. Ну вот представьте этот же снимок, только кадрированный ровно под главный объект, совсем другой вид, да?

Число листьев постепенно увеличилось, но свободное пространство из-за отсутствия выраженной фактуры показалось мне слишком пустым. В данном случае хватило лишь замены фона, рисунок которого придал дополнительный объем. Но если говорить о минималистичных кадрах вообще, то атмосферу в них создает окружающее пространство, то, как вы его обыгрываете с помощью света и цвета.

Еще важна гармоничная геометрия. На этой фотографии линии, наверное, не такие явные, но тем не менее - фактура фона, стебли листьев, само их расположение по отношению дуг к другу - все должно быть продуманным. По крайней мере я на это обращаю очень много внимания, как и на любые детали🙌🏻 ⠀

Так что всего-то несколько листиков шалфея, а сколько маленьких нюансов😅

Ingredients:
🥄350 gm strawberries 🥄1/2 cup powdered sweetner
🥄1 1/2 cups double cream
🥄1 1/2 cups coconut cream
🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
🥄Pinch of salt
🥄lemon zest

Method:
Blend strawberries and sweetener in a  blender, blend until smooth.  Whip both creams until soft peaks form and set aside. Now add and mix all ingredient together in a bowl. Now pour into a freezer safe container and place in the freezer. Stir the ice cream every 20mins until it firm up. This takes almost 2hrs.

Good morning my sunshines! Saturday’s pasta dish is served and it is awesome! I have to confess that I was a little bit reluctant to try this recipe. I wasn’t convinced that slowly caramelized onions will create a delicious pasta sauce. But, I was so wrong. Only 40 minutes later I was eating the most yummy and complex-tasting caramelized onions pasta dish.

Καλημέρα ηλιαχτίδες μου! Η μακαρονάδα του Σαββάτου μόλις σερβιρίστηκε. Πρέπει να ομολογήσω ότι ήμουν λίγο σκεπτική όσον αφορά τη συνταγή.Και αυτό γιατί δεν μπορούσα να φανταστώ πως τα καραμελωμένα σε βούτυρο και λάδι κρεμμύδια θα δημιουργήσουν μια από τις  πιο νόστιμες σάλτσες ζυμαρικών. hautecuisines BRUNCH // What's on the cards for your breakfast or brunch today? If you're thinking pancakes then this recipe might be up your street. They're light and fluffy served with a citrus compote so not too heavy to start your day 🌻 Recipe below 👇⁠⠀

🌻Ingredients⁠⠀
⁠⠀
1 x 400g Tin of chickpeas⁠⠀
230 g Plain flour⁠⠀
1 tsp Baking powder⁠⠀
300 ml Oat milk⁠⠀
1 tbsp Coconut oil⁠⠀
2 Large oranges⁠⠀
A pinch of saffron⁠⠀
2 tbsp Maple syrup⁠⠀
4 tbsp Alpro coconut yoghurt⁠⠀
⁠⠀
🌻 Instructions⁠⠀
⁠⠀
1/ Preheat the oven to 100 C (this is to keep your pancakes warm), drain your chickpeas and measure out 135 ml of the chickpea juice (aquafaba).⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2/ Whisk the aquafaba with an electric hand whisk at a high speed for 5-10 minutes until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl sift the flour and baking powder then beat in the oat milk until you have a smooth batter.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3/ Slowly fold your whisked aquafaba into the batter. Heat a large frying pan with the oil over a medium heat. Once hot, carefully ladle your pancake mix into the pan leaving space between. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until brown, before transferring to an oven proof plate and covering with tinfoil to keep warm in the oven. Repeat this process until your batter is used up.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
4/ Whilst your pancakes are cooking, peel your oranges removing any large pieces of pith. Cut into chunks, place in a saucepan over a medium heat with the maple syrup and saffron. Gently simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
5/ Once your pancakes are all cooked, plate them up and serve with a spoon or two of your compote and spoonful of yoghurt.⁠⁠⠀

Я периодически начинаю замечать, что на моей странице начинают превалировать десерты и всякие сладости. Но конечно же, я готовлю и фотографирую не только их. Так что сегодня исправим эту ситуацию.

Итак, приготовим с вами собу с курицей и овощами. Так сказать, авторский рецепт моего мужа, скучающего на карантине шеф-повара😁. Он вообще постоянно в поиске, что бы такого приготовить… И, между прочим, на очереди у нас стоит поке с креветками и роллы. Уж не знаю, на сколько красивыми у нас получатся роллы, а вот на поке я возлагаю большие надежды. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

А пока поговорим про собу. Куриное филе в этом рецепте вы, по желанию, можете заменить любым другим мясом, правда стоит тогда увеличить время приготовления, что бы мясо получилось мягким. Но лично для меня, фаворит всегда курица, быстро готовится, всегда мягкая и вкусная👌🏻. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

50g almonds (thin slices)
100ml olive oil
50g parmiggiano
juice from 1 lemon
Salt, pepper
I put all these ingredients in a blender and mix them until they got a smooth texture. 
I’ve already try it with a flatbread (some pork steak thin slices, this pesto, sweet carrot and lettuce) and it was amazing. Now I’m planning to try it with some pasta 😋💚.

Весенний завтрак с запахом сирени и свежеиспеченных овсяных панкейков 🥞 ⠀ "Почему бы не назвать их близким сердцу русским словом - оладушки? Зачем все эти американизмы?" - можете Вы подумать. ⠀ Причина в том, что панкейки и оладушки - действительно два разных блюда с разными технологиями приготовления, первое пришло к нам из Америки, а второе - с детство знакомо каждому) ⠀ Так в чем же главные отличия? ⠀ 🥞 Одна из версий происхождения слова "оладьи" - от древнегреческого "eladion", что в переводе означает "на масле". Слово "панкейк" образовано от двух англ. слов - "pan" (сковорода) и "cake" (торт, пирожное). ⠀ 🥞 Оладушки, как правило, готовят на дрожжах, что даёт характерную кислинку, панкейки же делают с разрыхлителем и иногда с добавлением взбитых белков. ⠀ 🥞 Оладьи более жирные, т.к. их жарят на масле, панкейки жарят на сухой сковороде. ⠀ 🥞 Вкус у оладушек более выраженный, а панкейки получаются довольно нейтральными на вкус. It has a crust on the bottom followed by a thick but creamy chocolate layer, so decadent, rich and tasty... Its taste is similar to the homemade”liquid chocolate” dessert we had in my childhood when real chocolate was too expensive and not easy to find in the stores. She is an amazing baker, unlike me 🙈 As C and J don’t like anything too heavy or sweet, I didn’t go for the filling. They said these were delicious. One a blazing hot day my ship 'Queen Victoria' docked in in Colombo, Sri Lanka half way through the 'World Voyage' and I headed off with a friend to the sumptious Hilton Hotel to relax in sun, enjoy a few cold beers, and be pampered, just for a day.. Needing a light snack before the day got underway we had a 'Spicy Masala Omelette' wth a cold beer. The taste was just amazing and i wanted to share that with you all.  I have had to look on the internet to get this recipe, try it out and amend slightly to get the taste that I remember but this is as close as it gets.  These are the days we don't forget.

PREP: 30 mins
COOK: 10 - 30 mins
SERVES: 2
CALORIES PER OMELETTE: 
INGREDIENTS: • ½ tsp cumin seeds • 1 tsp coriander seeds • 2 green chillies • 1 large onion, finely chopped (200g) • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped • ½ tsp chilli powder (or mild paprika) • ½ tsp ground turmeric • 4 free-range eggs • salt, to taste • 3 tbsp vegetable oil or butter, for frying • 1 tsp lemon juice, to serve

METHOD:
 1. To make the omelette, grind the cumin, coriander seeds and chillies in a pestle and mortar to a coarse paste.  2. Place in a mixing bowl and add the onion, fresh coriander, chilli and turmeric.  3. Mix and add salt to taste.  4. Break in the eggs and whisk lightly.
 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Pour in half the egg mixture, making sure you distribute it evenly across the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on a medium heat, until it sets, is light brown and slightly crisp around the edges.
 6. Flip the omelette over, press lightly with the back of a spatula and cook for 2–3 minutes more. Set aside and keep warm.
 7. Repeat to make the second omelette.
 8. Serve immediately, 
TOP TIP: • Sprinkle with lemon juice and a little fresh coriander and serve with roti or parathas.

Среднее время приготовления от12 до 18 часов но иногда бывает и больше т к многое зависит от погодных условий влияет все температура давление и тд но если конструкция смокера правильная то эти факторы не сильно влияют ( все мои смокеры -дровяная печь коптильня мы изготовляем сами как для себя так и под заказ ) мясо не маринуется а натирается смесью в которую входят крупная морская соль , перец чёрный дробленый ( мы используем роил филд) паприка иногда добовляем свежую чёрную смородину , клюкву киви, апельсин что придаёт мясу свои интересные вкусовые нотки.  Температура приготовления брискета 100, 120 градусов по Цельсию и эту температуру мы придерживаем на протяжении всего процесса приготовления. Для приготовления используем Дрова ДУБ, ОЛЬХА,ЯСЕНЬ ни чего другого вопреки мнению что лучше Дрова фруктовых пород! Однозначно нет так как они содержат смолы которые в процессе приготовления попадают в продукт (мясо или рыбу) а это вредно для организма. И самый главный секрет это душа и любовь к своему делу 😉 всем добра и мясааа🤘 из его брискета получилось вот такое блюдо. hautecuisines Neočekivani gosti zvone na vrata... Ostali ste bez kruha za doručak ili večeru... U zadnji trenutak ste odlučili na izlet u prirodu... Dijelim s Vama ova brza, fina, mirisna peciva s jednim sasvim neočekivanim sastojkom. Možete  li pogoditi kojim?
U ova peciva ide majoneza i tijestu daje izvanrednu sočnost. Pitate se od kud majoneza!?! Pa kad bolje pogledamo majoneza je napravljena od ulja i jaja, a to su sasvim uobičajeni sastojci u pripremi tijesta. Masline i sušene rajčice daju notu Mediterana i čine ova peciva čak i savršenim samostalnim snackom. Ja ih volim još tople namazati maslacem, a odlično se slažu s raznim narescima, sirevima i paštetama. Sočna i mekana su i drugi dan ako ih zatvorite u zip vrećicu.
Naravno da peciva možete napraviti i bez dodatka maslina i rajčica, ali upravo ih oni čine posebnim. *BRZA MEDITERAN PECIVA*

Sastojci:
2 šalice brašna za dizana tijesta (šalica od 380ml)
400 ml mlijeka
90 gr @zvijezda_hr majoneze (1 vrećica) 
1 prašak za pecivo
12 sušenih rajčica
25 crnih otkoštenih maslina
1 žličica sušenog bosiljka
Maslinovo ulje (za kalup) 
Priprema:
Pećnicu zagrijati na 180°C. Dok se pećnica grije, na sitne komadiće narezati crne masline. Ukoliko imamo sušene rajčice u ulju, ocijediti ih i narezati također na sitne komadiće. Ukoliko imamo vakumirane sušene rajčice ili rifuzo s odjela voća i povrća, kratko ih prokuhati u kipućoj vodi da omekšaju pa zatim sitno narezati. U plastičnu posudu staviti 2 šalice brašna za dizana tijesta. Prosijati prašak za pecivo. Sve promiješati žlicom i dodati 400 ml mlijeka te jednu cijelu vrećicu majoneze (90 gr). Miješati dok ne dobijemo jednoličnu ljepljivu smjesu. Dodati sjeckane rajčice, masline i bosiljak i još jednom sve dobro umiješati da se ravnomjerno rasporede po tijestu.  U  svako udubljenje kalupa za muffine kapnuti malo maslinovog ulja te ga dobro utrljati papirnatim ubrusom. Pomoću dvije žličice smjesom puniti kalupe te staviti peći u ugrijanu pećnicu otprilike 12 do 15 minuta odnosno dok peciva ne dobiju zlaćanu boju.

Neočekivani gosti zvone na vrata... Ostali ste bez kruha za doručak ili večeru... U zadnji trenutak ste odlučili na izlet u prirodu... Dijelim s Vama ova brza, fina, mirisna peciva s jednim sasvim neočekivanim sastojkom. Možete li pogoditi kojim? U ova peciva ide majoneza i tijestu daje izvanrednu sočnost. Pitate se od kud majoneza!?! Pa kad bolje pogledamo majoneza je napravljena od ulja i jaja, a to su sasvim uobičajeni sastojci u pripremi tijesta. Masline i sušene rajčice daju notu Mediterana i čine ova peciva čak i savršenim samostalnim snackom. Ja ih volim još tople namazati maslacem, a odlično se slažu s raznim narescima, sirevima i paštetama. Sočna i mekana su i drugi dan ako ih zatvorite u zip vrećicu. Naravno da peciva možete napraviti i bez dodatka maslina i rajčica, ali upravo ih oni čine posebnim. *BRZA MEDITERAN PECIVA* Sastojci: 2 šalice brašna za dizana tijesta (šalica od 380ml) 400 ml mlijeka 90 gr @zvijezda_hr majoneze (1 vrećica) 1 prašak za pecivo 12 sušenih rajčica 25 crnih otkoštenih maslina 1 žličica sušenog bosiljka Maslinovo ulje (za kalup) Priprema: Pećnicu zagrijati na 180°C. Dok se pećnica grije, na sitne komadiće narezati crne masline. Ukoliko imamo sušene rajčice u ulju, ocijediti ih i narezati također na sitne komadiće. Ukoliko imamo vakumirane sušene rajčice ili rifuzo s odjela voća i povrća, kratko ih prokuhati u kipućoj vodi da omekšaju pa zatim sitno narezati. Soooo, das war er, mein Muttertagskuchen! ➡(Übrigens NO BAKE, nur Kühlschrank) Dem Tag durchaus würdig, weil, ach, der war so gut.....aber jetzt erst hier, auf der Show Bühne😁 weil ich die Bilder nicht so doll finde. . Der Witz ist ja, dass ich diese "PHILADELPHIA TORTE" _davon gibt's drölfzigtausend Rezepte) schon seit 20 Jahren mache, immer zum Geburtstag meines Mannes ( ist nämlich sein Lieblingskuchen und trotzdem gibt's den nur einmal , weil ich ihn nicht leiden kann.....also den Kuchen) . Und dieses Jahr hat er ihn nicht am Geburtstag bekommen, dafür eben am Muttertag (weil ich die selbstloseste Person auf dem Planeten bin😇) . Was passiert???? Das erste Mal seit 20 Jahren schmeckt mir dieser Kuchen🙈 und wie!!!! Ich könnte den gleich nochmal essen🐽 Und warum? . Weil ich 2 klitzekleine Details geändert habe und zack......schon ist der an meinem Gaumen der geschmackliche Knaller!!! Yeahhhh, noch ein Teil, das meine Figur in den Ruin treibt🐽🐽🐽 . Und war ja klar, dass sich dann Jeder, besonders ich, sofort auf den Kuchen stürzen will, sobald der aus dem Kühlschrank kommt. Ich bin da besonders schlimm, von Disziplin keine Spur, und natürlich bleibt für grosse Bilderaufbauten gar keine Zeit in diesem Haus!!!! Ergebnis: Kuchen super, Bilder nicht, ich wieder 😕 und deshalb erst jetzt..... aber eigentlich sieht's jetzt doch nicht so schlecht aus, gell??? . Das war die Story zu dem 🎂 und das Rezept findet ihr heute noch in den Stories! . Habt einen schönen Samstag, hier windet es wie irr und es sind 14 Grad, aber die Sonne scheint und ich hab nebst meinem kürzlich zerschreddertem Knie und kaputtem Fuss auch noch Zahnschmerzen.... hoffentlich gehen die wieder weg😕 den Rest sitze ich wie immer in meinem Wintergärtchen aus!!!! .
